Age requirements:
Students must be 5 years old by September 1, 2008 to enter kindergarten.
Open House:
Open House’s are scheduled for
Wednesday, November 8
Sunday, January 27
Thursday, March 27
If you have missed the Open House dates and have an interest in St. Ursula
School, please contact the office at 412 486-5511.
Move Up Day:
Move Up Day for 2008 is scheduled for May 29th. Move Up Day is when
new students are invited to school and current students move up one grade
level for the day. This gives the students a chance to meet the teachers and
experience the next grade level. Please contact the office if you are
interested in having your child attend.
Registration Dates:
Enrollment registration begins on February 7th and ends on May 31st.
Enrollments are
accepted in the following order:
1. St. Ursula parishioners and families with students already enrolled
2. Members of other Catholic parishes
3. All others
If class size allows for additional enrollment after May 31st, an
additional
late registration
fee will be charged.
The following information must be provided upon
registration:
• Birth certificate and Baptismal certificate
• Immunization Records or Baby Book
• Social Security Number
• Memorandum of Understanding
• Pastor Verification Form (if you belong to a Catholic parish other than St.
Ursula)
• $25.00 registration fee
“Move Up Day” will be scheduled for a date in late May. This is a special day
when
all registered students can spend some time in the classroom he/she will enter
in
the new school year. This is a great way to introduce your child to his or her
new
school and future classmates.
