Age requirements:
Students must be 5 years old by September 1, 2010 to enter kindergarten for
the 2010-2011 school year.

If you have missed the Open House dates and have an interest in St. Ursula
School, please contact the office at 412 486-5511.
Move Up Day:
Move Up Day are scheduled for a date in late May. Move Up Day is when
new students are invited to school and current students move up one grade
level for the day. This gives the students a chance to meet the teachers and
experience the next grade level. This
is a great way to introduce your child to his or her new school and future
classmates. Please contact the office if you are
interested in having your child attend.
Registration Dates:
Enrollments are accepted in the following order:
1. St. Ursula parishioners and families with students already
enrolled (January 1 - January 30)
2. Members of other Catholic parishes (February 1 - February
28)
3. Open enrollment (March 1)
We encourage you to submit registration forms at any time to be put on a wait
list until your registration date arrives. Registrations are accepted in the
order they are received.
Registration is not considered complete until all of
the following have been provided:
• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Record
• Immunization Records
• Social Security Number
• $25.00 registration fee
• Pastor Verification Form (if you belong to a Catholic parish other than St.
Ursula)
• School Discipline Affidavit (Grades 1 - 8)
The following information must be provided before the
start of the school year:
• Memorandum of Understanding
Register with
FACTS e-Cashier to set up monthly tuition payments for the 2011-2012 school year.
